To Support and conduct non-partisan research, education, informational actives to increase public awareness of domestic violence.
To provide 24/7 crisis intervention and a safe and secure emergency shelter for women and their children who are victims of domestic violence.
Our program design is based upon a non-judgmental empowerment model of education, advocacy and support to enable participants to learn the necessary skills to start a new life free from abuse.
The volunteers that make up the Office and Board of Directors are committed to providing information, resources and support to make positive changes in the lives of victims of domestic violence. We have goals which are currently attainable and goals which have to wait for funding. We are committed to making these goals happen with the help of the citizens of Benton County, Missouri and beyond.
